Does any one carry an epi-pen or used it before, or had any allergy emergencies?

Im allergic to milk,eggs,peanuts,fish,and pork. Ive used the epi pen twice,once when i was 10, and another 4 months ago(14 years old). Its not as bad as you think. You dont even feel the needle go in because it goes so fast. The only think that scares me is the loud noise it makes. I hate it when i get in near death situations like that. Ive been ambulanced to the ER 3 times already. Does any one else have any allergic experiences?
