Sims 2: Unsavory Charlatan is stalking me.. help!?

Next time he shows up, enter build mode or place mode or whatever it's called where you can move or add world objects. Surround him with toilets and just watch him freak out and die. Might be quickly from a panic attack, might be slowly as he starves.
