Tricep Workout Question?
Ok, i work out triceps on my chest day. I am educated when it comes to lifting weights, so i know what i am talking about, but i do have one little question. After I get my chest excercises done, which I do about 2, incline and standard, or incline and decline, depends really. Then I work my triceps. I have found that the best tricep workout for me is tricep kick backs. I usually do 4 sets of those then go home, bc by then i am already too tired. Do i really need to do another excercise for my triceps or is 4 sets of those good. I cant do dips, cause after the kickbacks, im already too tired and my tricep is weak. Im only 16, 215 pounds, and ive always done one tricep workout in the past, such as extensions. Should it be alright? I lift heavy weights by the way so my muscle gets weaker faster.
