I have a laptop and want wireless but i only have dialup at home cant get dsl or cable so what do i need?

You can get service from one of the cell carriers (at&t, verizon, sprint, etc). They sell cards that give you wireless internet access through their cell network. Expect to pay a monthly fee and be locked into a contract for a year or two.
