Pirates Online Gypsy Help?

I'm doing the quest called `The Stolen Relic' to get a better voodoo doll by Tia Dalma. I found a spawning point for gyspy's in Tortuga in The Rat's Nest, but everytime one spawns and I attack it it goes into the wall. Is there another place to find gyspy's? Or was the gyspy going into the wall thing just a glitch?
