If Global Warming gets worse, does that mean we'll have blizzards in the summer too?

Wouldn't that make sense? Did earth have any blizzards before Global Warming? Doesn't sound like it according to Al Gore, and where is he? Shouldn't he be telling the world how all this cold and snow across the entire northern hemisphere is conclusive proof of Global Warming?
