"Elaborate-mansion-in-unlikely… clause needed in Homeowners Insurance?

I live in a Burb and not a Redwood sided tree house in the middle of a freaking forrest or a flood plane- it's fine to have a McMansion in some exotic, hillside local but I don't much care for it when so much of our fire fighting and other disaster related resources are continuously dedicated to these luxury and disaster-prone areas, particularly in California, where they are continuously and increasingly becoming the focus of relief and insurance moneys that we all share the expense for. My insurance always takes a big leap after each disaster in these areas.
