Homemade dog present ideas?

My dog is a Black Lab. Chesapeake Bay Mix. She is about 5 years of age. She has a sensitive stomach so can't have any dog treats .She weighs about 60-70lbs. Does any one have homemade dog present ideas that aren't dog treats?
