im a 23 year old male with a culinary arts degree and i've been cooking professionaly for the past 5 years. im currently working as a sous chef in nyc. my friend from culinary school is moving to australia and i really want to go with her. shes from canada though and it was very easy for her to get a work visa. im just curious how easy it will be for me. or if i have to get one at all? like would someone hire me with out one? thanks
