It id forbidden in Judaism to discriminate based on skin colour! The reson Miriam, the sister of Moses, gets punished with tzaraas in the desertt is because she speaks out against Moses' black wife! There is zero in the Talmud about inter-racial marriage; as long as both people are Jewish it is fine- the Talmud only speaks out against forbidden marriages to non-Jews
