a Tenant call me and tell me that her daughter and other woman was figting in the hallway. i wen to see what hapen and the dougter was hit it and i try to make the tenant detention. but the tenant resist to be handcuffed. i used my spray to control her, but the tenant star to fight with me and i use my baton to control her and wait for the police officers, but the apartment manager arrived and order me to take the handcuffs off from the ladie before the police arrive and i dit it but the police said that i was right and i was confused because they after the police leave all start to louging on me and the next day i was suspended from my company. can i be suit becase i used my baton to control the situation
