If you love someone, do you have to get erflies in your stomach when..?

It seems like erflies might be a person to person thing..... I personally get them a ton when I get a text from the girl I like or talk to her, but I wouldn't say its a necessary sign of affection. And if you feel blissful around this guy, than I wouldn't be worried. :)
