I think you have a pretty good shot (not a definite yes or an immediate reject). Your SAT scores are fantastic, and the colleges will like that you have improved since your freshman year (since that's when most of the B's were, I'm uming you now maintain mostly A's). Your extracurriculars are a bit weak, but I think this is where your SAT's back you up. Good luck!
