Should i get this picture blown up on canvas? [HORSE!]?

i really like it! i have this great picture of me on a horse riding down a road, and it was taken behind. i'm considering putting that up too! but if there is some way you could photo shop the hose out of the background so it just looks like gr, that would be great!
