You don't. When one disagrees with something that one is saying, the appropriate response depends on the context. If it is a witness, one shows the lie by cross-examination. If it is in an argument, then when it is time, one responds to the argument and shows the flaws in the argument. Courtroom proceedings are not casual conversations. Each person takes turns.
