I need your help on what to draw for my bestie! (Best Friend)?

What should I draw my best friend Elisa for Valentine's Day? She loves puppies, is getting into fashion, and I'm sure she'll will like my art. I do not care if I need supplies like sciccors (sizzers, dont know how to spell it lol) or socks or whatever. She is my best friend, and I want to make her something special.
