I ran over a tire and it chipped off a piece of my bumper. How much would it cost to fix?

I ran over a blown-out truck tire a few months ago. I drive a 1998 Buick LeSabre. The old tire chipped off a little piece of my front bumper (near the wheel well, on the bottom, drivers side). It is about 1X1 inches, roughly triangular in shape. I don't want to have to replace the bumper. How much do you think it would cost to bondo and repaint just that one area? Bonus question: How much does it cost to have a bent out license plate straightened out? Thank you in advance.
