Where to find a 20 amp surge surpressor?

Where can I find a somewhat cheap 20 amp surge suppressor In the 100$ range? I understand surge suppression technology and electrical surges. I have been looking forever and all I can find is commercial/industrial surge suppressors priced 250$<, as well as a "panamax" 20 amp surge suppressor priced 40$ though, it is very flimsy.
